The Science
The world of Mental Health care
has over 400 different approaches to
helping people with Psychological
problems, a sure sign that the
industry as a whole is in need of
some unifying scientific foundations
and principles.
For people with problems the
first port of call is usually to see
their doctor, who either writes them
a prescription for drugs, or refers
them to a counsellor or
psychotherapist.
The drugs can be helpful in the
short term, particularly if someone
is in such a bad way that they just
can’t function properly and have
difficulty in listening and talking
to someone about their problems.
The standard model of
psychotherapy discusses the clients
past and looks how and when they got
"broken", usually by external
factors or outside influences such
as other people, events, or
circumstances. The theory is that
once the client understands what
happened to them in the past, they
will be on the road to getting
better.
Now Science has discovered
three
Universal Principles which
underlie the very essence of how
human experience is created, for all
of us, and it corrects an innocent
misunderstanding about what really
causes our emotions, moods and
feelings.
Understanding these
Principles
is all we need to have a rewarding
and contented life.
The
Principles
give us the clearest scientific
understanding so far on how we all
experience life, and this
understanding gives us freedom from
any negative conditioning from our
past.
